CordEx Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 29, 2026

NOTICE: CordEx is a non-custodial software interface and automation service. By using CordEx, you acknowledge that you are interacting with decentralized protocols (including Hyperliquid) through a third-party interface and that CordEx does not guarantee any transactions or outcomes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CordEx interface, bot, API, or terminal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for understanding how CordEx operates and the risks associated with decentralized trading.
  • CordEx does not control, execute, or guarantee transactions on any protocol.

CordEx may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1 Software Interface and Automation Only

CordEx provides a software interface and supporting backend services that allow users to:

  • View protocol data
  • Configure trading parameters
  • Authorize and automate trading actions on supported decentralized protocols

CordEx:

  • Is not an exchange, broker, dealer, clearinghouse, or financial institution
  • Does not provide liquidity
  • Does not maintain an order book
  • Does not act as a counterparty to any transaction
  • Does not guarantee execution, pricing, or outcomes

All trades are executed on third-party decentralized protocols according to permissions granted by the user.

2.2 Proxy Wallet Model (No Master Wallet Custody)

CordEx supports the use of proxy wallets that are permissioned to trade on a user's behalf.

  • CordEx does not store or control user master wallets or recovery phrases
  • Proxy wallets are restricted to trading functions only on supported protocols (e.g. Hyperliquid)
  • Proxy wallets cannot withdraw funds, transfer assets to external wallets, or perform unrestricted actions
  • Trades may be executed while the user is offline, based on permissions granted

CordEx does not provide custody of user assets. All assets remain on-chain and subject to protocol rules.

3. Relationship with Discord and Third-Party Platforms

3.1 Independent Application

CordEx is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.

3.2 Platform Limitations

You acknowledge that:

  • Discord is a communication platform, not a financial service
  • CordEx does not store, transmit, or process digital assets on Discord servers
  • Discord may independently collect and store metadata subject to its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • CordEx is not responsible for Discord outages, moderation actions, or platform limitations

CordEx does not control third-party platform data collection or retention practices.

4. Wallets, Keys, and Authorization

4.1 Key Handling

To support automated trading, CordEx may store encrypted private keys for proxy wallets only.

  • Keys are encrypted at rest
  • Decryption occurs only when required to perform authorized actions
  • CordEx does not store master wallet keys or recovery phrases

4.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • The permissions you grant to proxy wallets
  • The configuration of trading parameters
  • Monitoring automated activity

CordEx cannot recover lost keys, undo trades, or modify on-chain transactions.

5. No Chat or User-Generated Content

CordEx does not provide user-to-user chat features and does not store user-generated message content.

6. Risk Disclosure
